Mfg Process & Packaging Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting Operations and Project Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and solid project management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Provide daily engineering support to drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability
• Lead the installation and execution of capital projects and manage process or packaging equipment modifications
• Act as the technical owner for equipment layout, operating standards, and centerlining processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product commercialization and process feasibility
• Leverage Lean, DMAIC, and data-driven methods to identify and eliminate process waste
  
  
  

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Packaging)
• 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing capital or process improvement projects
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across departments
