The Senior Business Analyst, Creative Partners participates in a high-performing team within the Creative Center of Excellence (CCoE), responsible for supporting the maintenance of enterprise-wide creative operations. This role ensures the seamless integration of internal and external creative resources, drives operational excellence through workflow optimization, and delivers reporting and resourcing solutions that support creative impact and business value.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Workflow Management
- Support adoption and optimization of tools such as Workfront, and DAM systems to streamline task management and asset tracking
- Serve as SME to evaluate and resolve workflow process issues
- Serve as liaison between the creative team and Workfront Administration team
- Develop creative workflow job aids and conduct regular creative team training sessions
- Perform basic project management and creative resourcing functions for Creative Partners
- Reporting and Performance Measurement
- Monitor and maintain availability reporting, time tracking, and productivity dashboards to inform resourcing decisions and forecast capacity
- Create, evaluate and distribute monthly or quarterly productivity reports
- Serve as data SME for Creative Partners performance reporting requests
- Support Creative Partners invoicing and budget management
- Creative Platforms Management
- Manage Doc360 Asset Management tool
- Manage Adobe Asset Management structure and process
- Support research and development of AI tools for Creative Operations functions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in creative or marketing operations, project management, or marketing execution roles
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe products, including Workfront and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Experience learning and navigating various Creative and Marketing support tools - e.g. Adobe Suite, Doc360 (or other asset management tools), Photo libraries (e.g. Getty Media Manager), Canva, Figma, etc.
- Experience in healthcare, or enterprise marketing environments
- Proven success managing workflows across multiple brands or business units
- Solid strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
