Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Engage children in structured, play-based learning activities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
- Current RBT certification (required)
- Reliable transportation between Hendersonville and Springfield
- Passionate, dependable, and committed to helping children reach their goals
- Ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings
