This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Scout and secure strategic partnerships with elite private school associations and premier educational events
- Craft comprehensive event blueprints encompassing strategic objectives, financial planning, scheduling, and design elements
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with premium vendors, from luxury venues to top-tier production teams
- Lead on-site operations ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and impeccable brand representation
- Serve as our brand ambassador – sophisticated, approachable, and always three steps ahead of any situation
- Playing a passive administrative role while others take center stage
- Following rigid playbooks or waiting for detailed instructions
- Executing monotonous, standardized event setups throughout the year
- Investing time in events that don't align with our strategic vision or deliver measurable impact
- Requiring constant supervision or guidance when facing unexpected challenges

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in event management, hospitality, marketing operations, or related field
- Track record of autonomously conceptualizing and executing professional events from ideation to completion
- Sharp decision-making abilities and strategic mindset when evaluating opportunities
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to travel 30-50% within the United States
- Adaptability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends for events
- Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
- Background in educational institutions, education-focused nonprofits, or luxury hospitality sectors
- Natural aesthetic sensibility and ability to create sophisticated event environments
- Knowledge of private education networks and major educational conference circuits
- Previous experience in developing and owning event strategies beyond operational execution
