Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to our marketing efforts.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and assess competitive landscape.
• Create and manage engaging content for various channels including social media, blogs, emails, and website.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to guide marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, promotions, and product launches to drive engagement.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO and PPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance metrics.
