We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Southeast Region at Buzzi Unicem USA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and operations to build and execute market specific strategies, drive price performance, grow market share, and penetrate new markets.
• Manage the sales territory while coaching and leading market managers across the region
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities
• Drive performance through proactive forecasting, reporting and demand planning
• Champion process improvements and foster a culture of innovation and safety
• Serve as a liaison with state and local agencies, including industry associations
  
  
  

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or Engineering, preferred
• Five (5) years sales experience, developing new or servicing existing markets, preferably in a similar industry
• Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to generate and convert leads
• Negotiation and problem resolution skills, exercising a great deal of creativity
• Ability to build and maintain professional and client relationships
• Good organization and follow-through skills, as well as time and territory management skills
• Knowledge of cement industry and processes, mix designs and concrete testing
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and other desktop programs Requires a substantial amount of travel, including visiting work and constructions sites
