Job Summary: The BDC Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and process management skills to ensure the team consistently meets performance goals.
Compensation $100,000 - $150,000/yearly

Monitor CRM and lead management systems to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
Train and coach staff on best practices for phone, text, and email communications with customers.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze performance data and generate reports to track department success.
Develop and implement scripts, workflows, and processes to improve lead handling and customer engagement.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to increase lead traffic.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, ELEAD, DealerSocket) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-driven with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- 2+ years of experience in a Sales BDC or customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
