Technical Department Staff Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support plant capital project delivery processes
• Troubleshoot plant operational issues
• Optimize plant utility systems
• Support plant trials
• Support completion of action items from Process Hazard Analyses (PHA's)
• Complex process data analysis for process optimization
• Support plant Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Mentor entry level and co-op engineers
  
  

**Required Skills**

• 5+ years of experience with industrial chemical plant processes
  
  

**Education, Certifications & Licenses**

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
