Aboutthe Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

WhatYou’ll Do:


  • Manageallareasofprojectmanagementforsingularrealestateprojects.Thisincludesplanning,design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Manage all areas regarding the installation of tools in testing and R&D environments.
  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project deliveryresourcerequirements,costestimates&budget,workplanschedule&milestones,qualitycontrol,and risk identification.
  • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conductastandardrequestforproposals,completebidevaluations,andrecommendresourcestoclients.
  • Implementprojectdocumentationgovernancethatisalignedwithcompanyandclient requirements.
  • Ensureprojectdataintegrityanddocumentationisaccurate,timely,and coordinated.
  • Directtheprojectdeliveryteambyprovidingguidanceanddirectiontoachieve goals.
  • Createactionplanstomeetobjectives,budget,andschedule.Tracktheprogressofeachprojectandreport status and variances.
  • Demonstrateabilitytoidentifyprojectthreatsanddevelopriskmitigationandcontingencyplans.Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Applyin-depthknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques/procedurestoaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coachothersandsharein-depthknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandbroadknowledgeofseveraljob disciplines within the function.
  • LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.Worktobuildconsensusand convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impactarangeofcustomer,operational,project,orserviceactivitieswithinownteamandotherrelated teams.
  • Workwithinbroadguidelinesand policies.
  • Explaindifficultorsensitive information.

WhatYou’ll Need:


  • Bachelor'sDegreepreferredwith5-8yearsofrelevantexperience.Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Additional preference will be given to those candidates with prior MEP experience and/or prior experience with tool installation in testing and R&D environments.
  • Abilitytoexercisejudgmentbasedontheanalysisofmultiplesourcesof information.
  • Willingnesstotakeanewperspectiveonexisting solutions.
  • In-depthknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook, etc.
  • Organizationalskillswithanadvancedinquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticatedmathskills.Abilitytocalculatemildlycomplexfiguressuchaspercentages,fractions,andother financial-related calculations.
