Hours of clinic are Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9AM-5PM
Tuesday/Thursday 1P-8P
Saturday 9AM-1PM
- Postion is 40 hours/week - mix of days/nights/weekends
- $5000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with physicians, patients, and their families to deliver comprehensive nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, take vital signs, and record patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with examinations, procedures, and other clinical tasks alongside the pediatricians.
- Educate parents and guardians on care instructions, medications, and any specific needs related to their child’s health.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and child safety standards.
- Provide comfort and emotional support to young patients and their families.
- RN License to Practice, State of Iowa.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and medical office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment and prioritize tasks.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / Mandatory Reporter.
