We are actively seeking a Stockroom Clerk in our Production Control Department, reporting to the Manager of Logistics. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for overtime.

Job Description

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, stocking, and issuing parts as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory, and ensuring efficiency and timeliness of all job functions.

Essential Functions & Competencies

  • Ability to record inventory data using a handheld electronic device, and familiarity with computers to perform stockroom functions.
  • Physically able to complete required tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pack and unpack parts to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, or storage areas.
  • Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or in bins and relocate orders to a designated department.
  • Follow instructions carefully for retrieving specific parts from the stockroom.
  • Mark stock parts using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.
  • Basic mathematic skills include but are not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division.
  • Full compliance with the Company’s alcohol and drug policy.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
