About The Role
MWHis currently seeking a Recruiter to support the recruitment efforts nationwide. This role will focus on building and managing partnerships with various education institutions and student organizations to identify, attract, and hire top early-career talent. The recruiter will play a key role in developing our internship and entry-level hiring programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of emerging professionals who will contribute to the growth and success of the organization. This recruiter will also have additional responsibilities building strong candidate pipelines for current and future experienced level roles in the field.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, relationship-building, and supporting organizational growth with experience in full life cycle recruitment and sourcing.
This is a full-time, regular position, reporting directly to the Director of Talent and will be based onsite in Broomfield, CO.

Essential Functions
University & Campus Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, student organizations, and key campus stakeholders at various types of educational institutions.
- Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruiting events, information sessions, and student networking activities.
- Coordinate on-campus branding activities to enhance the organization’s presence with target schools.
- Support the coordination and execution of internship programs, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, engagement, and conversion to full-time roles.
- Track program successes with metrics and recommend improvements for engagement, retention, and development.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for all roles for current and future candidates, working closely with sr. recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating consistently and building long-term relationships.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes and data accuracy.
- Provide reports and insights on sourcing and recruiting activities, hiring trends, and program effectiveness.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns and early-career marketing materials.
- At least 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience with some experience in the early career space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, etc
- Willingness to travel to construction site visits, campus events, and recruiting activities (10–20% travel required, depending on season).
- Prior experience recruiting construction candidates, ideally those with heavy civil, mechanical, electrical and/or water/wastewater backgrounds preferred.
