Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role at a B2B company ; SaaS or technology sector preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing events and trade show logistics.
- Proven success in building and deploying sales enablement assets and training programs.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot ; able to administer and troubleshoot CRM issues.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to interface across departments.
Responsibilities
Event Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate in-person and virtual events including trade shows, webinars, and customer conferences.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and event goals.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and training guides.
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure documentation is current, compelling, and aligned with buyer journeys.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Sales on new tools, messaging, and product updates.
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, user support, and process optimization.
- Support campaign execution and lead nurturing workflows through HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development to streamline lead management and reporting processes.
- Lead trade association marketing efforts including partnerships, sponsorships, editorial contributions, and association-driven campaigns.
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives such as messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of content across channels (blog posts, email campaigns, case studies, social media).
- Analyze and report on performance metrics to inform marketing strategy and ROI.
