What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating comprehensive admissions journeys with sophistication, genuine empathy, and strategic efficiency
• Evaluating incoming prospects from affluent families using thoughtful inquiry techniques, CRM intelligence, and AI-enhanced insights
• Serving as the dedicated relationship manager for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and communication follow-through—delivering exceptional service regardless of enrollment outcome
• Harnessing advanced AI capabilities and CRM platforms (particularly HubSpot) to optimize workflow prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize administrative burden

Senior Enrollment Advisor Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain an exceptional, high-touch admissions experience that builds lasting family trust while supporting Alpha's ambitious national expansion strategy.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in client-facing roles with quantifiable conversion success (admissions, high-end sales, philanthropic development, executive recruitment, or similar)
• Proven ability to navigate complex, emotionally-charged conversations with sophistication and authentic empathy
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience managing sophisticated prospect journeys from initial inquiry to final decision
• Demonstrated aptitude for adopting AI-powered tools, automation processes, and strategic workflow management
• Exceptional attention to detail—including immaculate record-keeping, proactive follow-up protocols, and disciplined CRM maintenance
• Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without requiring sponsorship
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend availability aligned with family scheduling needs

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
