What You Will Be Doing

Your role will be at the intersection of education innovation and technology:

• Craft and conduct dynamic reading workshops that make phonics, comprehension, and fluency come alive for young learners
• Transform the learning experience through gamified achievement systems that keep students engaged and motivated
• Become a data detective - using student performance metrics to continuously evolve and perfect our teaching approach
• Partner with our tech team to shape the future of AI-powered literacy tools based on real classroom insights
• Pioneer scalable, tech-enhanced content strategies that help elementary students soar to grade-level reading proficiency and beyond

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• A bachelor's degree and specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable methodology)
• Proven track record of at least 2 years successfully leading small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
• Natural talent for reading assessment, strategic student grouping, and creating custom learning pathways without relying on pre-packaged curricula
• Comfort and competence with AI-driven learning platforms and the ability to respond dynamically to student interaction patterns
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Enthusiasm for working on-site at one of our dynamic campus locations in Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
