Acute Rehab Unit - Registered Nurse - $1,674 per week

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
  
  

Requirements

Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare

Shift & Scheduling

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation- every other

Floating Requirements: Float to LTAC/ med-surg- they will not float to HAU unless trained.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
