Taskify is hiring for one of its leading healthcare clients, seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join the Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) team under the PRN Tier Plan.

PRN Tier Plan Details

• Tier 1: $40/hr — 6 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Tier 2: $45/hr — 12 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Tier 3: $50/hr — 18 shifts per 6-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in line with established nursing standards.
• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to manage patient needs.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication administration, and care provided.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team and delegate tasks appropriately.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
