Requirements

Must-Have Skills (Mastery Level)

Marketing Channels

  • Digital Ads, Social, SEO, Email, Direct Mail, OTT
  • Organic, Paid, and Affiliate lead generation

Google Ecosystem

  • Deep admin-level understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, PMAX, Local Services, and YouTube
  • Proven ability to improve Quality Score and Landing Page Experience
  • Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and GMB optimization

YouTube

  • Expertise in Video Ads
  • Experience building and optimizing an organic channel that attracts and converts

Meta

  • Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Business Portfolio
  • Proven success building campaigns that generate qualified leads within target metrics

AI & Automation

  • Up to date on AI-driven search and marketing trends
  • Regularly use AI tools to accelerate workflows and optimization

Website & UX

  • Current design and UX/UI best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, AI SEO, heat mapping, and form middleware
  • Strong grasp of page load speed optimization

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  • Deep understanding of psychological conversion principles
  • Experience designing structured A/B testing programs with measurable outcomes

Creative

  • Campaign and ad concept development
  • Experience structuring and writing high-performing ads

Funnel Building

  • Customer segmentation and lead magnet strategy
  • Email marketing, drip campaigns, and testing
  • Proven success leveraging lead magnets to drive inbound flow

Call Center & CRM Knowledge

  • Familiarity with CSR workflows, lead aggregator tools, and speed-to-lead systems
  • Knowledge of marketing-based CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Metrics

  • Ability to track and analyze key KPIs: CAC, LTGP, ROAS, CPL, CPQL
  • Clear understanding of funnel conversion stages: Raw---Qualified Lead---Set---Issued---Sold

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience planning door-to-door/canvassing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CTV, radio, or traditional TV advertising
  • Home improvement or home services marketing experience
  • Offer creation and campaign bundling expertise
  • Experience with SalesRabbit, AccuLynx, and EOS systems

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally in home services or construction
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver measurable ROI
  • Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, GA4, and CRM integrations
  • Strong copywriting instincts and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or internal creative teams
  • Analytical and creative — data fuels your ideas, not limits them
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments
