Compensation: USD $70K - $90K + up to 25% Performance Bonus

Total Annual Package: Up to USD $112,500

Location: North Hollywood, CA (On-site)

Your Mission: Bridge the gap between design vision and global manufacturing reality while building a pipeline of innovative materials, suppliers, and sleep technologies that will define the next generation of Puffy products.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with a focus on consumer goods, textiles, or furniture.
• Proven track record of sourcing and developing products with a global supply base.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and build strong, collaborative partnerships with suppliers.
• Experience in managing projects from concept through to production.
