Imperial, a Villa Center is seeking a Concierge to join their team! The concierge works closely with the Director of Admissions on implementation and monitoring programs designed to support the service needs of our residents including bed management, compliance and resident satisfaction. The concierge greets new families and residents to ensure they transition to their new environment with their individual needs met.

Concierge Duties and Responsibilities:
- Securing new customers through the facility tour process.
- Responsible for creating resident medical records in PointClickCare.
- Oversees daily census activities, including clearing the dashboard in PointClickCare, maintaining the facility paper census and completes the daily census worksheets for the home office.
- Responsible for managing bed census and communicating room readiness, room changes and admission notifications to the admission assistant and IDT teams.
- Responsible for managing all swim lanes within the RESIDE software; including reviewing and editing of demographic and payer information to ensure the contract reflects accurate information.
- Work with residents or other responsible parties to complete resident agreements via RESIDE within 72 hours of admission.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately and independently with patient and families.
- Experience working on Care Transition Unit would be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to perform the tasks required.
- Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CNA license preferred.
- At least one year experience in Long Term Care preferably in customer services.
- Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, all with or without the aid of mechanical devices is required.
