Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business growth through customer relationship management and market analysis.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet operational goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning and performance optimization.
- Monitor and improve safety standards and environmental compliance across all departments.
- Support procurement, maintenance, and logistics operations to optimize service delivery.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in waste management, logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
- Working knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software (e.g., routing, ERP, CRM systems).
