• Meridian & Nampa – Swing Shift 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
  
  
  

What You’ll Do as a Direct Care Professional:

• Help clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, chores, organization)
• Assist with medication reminders and health needs
• Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home
• Provide transportation for appointments, shopping, work, or fun outings
• Encourage and model positive communication, problem-solving, and social skills
• Support clients in building confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
• Join in on fun community outings—movies, restaurants, sports, local events!
• Be a dependable, positive presence and advocate for your clients
• Collaborate with your team and supervisors to give the best care possible
  
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, vehicle registration and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (we’ve got you!)
• Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a sense of humor
