We're Hiring: QC Microbiologist!
Are you passionate about microbiological testing and ensuring product quality in a GMP-regulated environment? We’re seeking a QC Analyst II – Microbiology to join our Quality Control team, where you'll perform critical testing and environmental monitoring to support lot release and stability programs.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: QC Microbiologist
What You'll Do
Perform routine GMP microbiological testing with precision and compliance
Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas on a regular schedule
Analyze microbiology data and report results in support of timely product lot release
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for QC microbiology-related issues
Participate in product stability programs—including testing, data trending, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field
3–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control; cell therapy experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
Skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
