Position Summary
The CPESN Manager - Pharmacy and Workforce Member User Experience is responsible for the user interface and user experience for CPESN participant pharmacy workforce members as well as CPESN workforce members both with CPESN USA as well as affiliated staff of Local CPESN Networks. Experiences within the scope include portals, educational sites, welcome and onboarding systems, account management, and other workforce experiences as assigned. Position also requires contribution, up to and including role ownership and delivery of certain communications efforts as assigned by the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing. Specific tasks, roles and deliverables include:
Essential Functions
• Developing and maintaining user interface requirements from CPESN participating pharmacy workforce members
• Developing and maintaining user interface requirements from CPESN USA workforce members
• Working with CPESN Information Technology and Analytics division to translate human factures and functional requirements into technical requirements
• Mange development, maintenance and life cycle of CPESN supported User Interfaces
- MyCPESN
- CPESN University
- CPESN BI
- Other user interfaces and software applications and software utilities as developed and assigned
• Production and delivery of assigned communications efforts (e.g. Sunday Update, Leaders Roundup, Special Purpose Program Newsletters)
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of CPESN’s customer relationship management software, back end data structures and application programming interfaces to interact with applications, portals and user interfaces
• Assist with the management of contact lists and communication output management
• Assist with human factors, navigation and updates to www.cpesn.com as directed by the Assistant Director for Communications and Marketing
• Develop and maintain branding and educational material style guides
- Design support tasks
- Post-production and production of videos
- Designing tradeshow graphics
- Photoshoots and photo editing
Qualifications
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a field related to health, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing or another relevant human services area or licensure as an RN.
• Two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals served by the child welfare system is preferred.
• CCM certification preferred
• Access to Hospital/Data or Electronic Medical Record system will be required, as necessary
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with current auto liability insurance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Leadership in requirements gathering, translation to technical requirements and release schedule orchestrations
• Project management and cross-matrixed implementation(s) experience

Working Conditions
• Routinely there may be some minor physical inconveniences or discomforts in the work setting, including sitting for moderate periods of time
• After hours meetings/phone calls/webinars may be occasionally required
• Must be able to utilize office equipment, computer, keyboard, and phone with or without assistive devices
• Repetitive wrist motion and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 25 pounds
• Travel may be required to meetings/conventions several times per
