Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery.
