About The Internship
The Administration team is seeking an intern to support two key initiatives aimed at improving office technology management and usage. This internship offers hands-on experience in office operations, technical inventory control, and process documentation, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful improvements in how our systems and equipment are managed and used.
Key Projects
The intern will evaluate and provide ideas to evolve the system to manage the office’s technical inventory, including monitors, computers, and other equipment. Responsibilities include:

Key Projects
-  Inventory
The intern will evaluate and provide ideas to evolve the system to manage the office’s technical inventory, including monitors, computers, and other equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Cataloging current inventory
- Tracking usage and availability
- Recommending replacement or recycling timelines
- Creating a sustainable and accessible inventory management process
-  Process Use
- Testing and documenting how to operate audio, video, and computer systems in conference rooms
- Identifying common usage issues and proposing solutions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure clarity and usability of materials
- Background in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze workflows and propose improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
