Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

- Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience within the past 12 months.
- Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.
