- Lead the team and flow of the clinic to ensure low wait times, high patient care, and stellar patient satisfaction.
- Ensure the clinic achieves operating targets with respect to both performance and budget.
- Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.
- Maintain excellent communication with all partners, leadership, and team members.
