What we are looking for:
Yazaki is looking for a Summer Intern to join IT team in Canton, MI. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization. This internship runs full-time from May 11, 2026 to August 15, 2026.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze and report on Yazaki’s business, using AI technologies and our big data landscape
- The expectation is that you support one of our AI initiatives that are active at that time
- You will be supported by technical experts and subject matter experts to achieve this goal
What you will bring to the table:
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program or master’s program at an accredited institution at the time of internship
- Degree/experience related to the position
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours a week
- Some level of experience with ML and/or LLM technologies/agents
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
