Primary Responsibilities
- Answer & direct calls on a fast-paced multi-line phone system.
- Manage client databases & update client information accordingly.
- Assist with preparation of reports & documents.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with customers, agents, carriers, supervisors, & co-workers.
- Provide support to agents & team in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly.
