Logistics Administrator (Tescom)

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Tescom team, an Accredited Labs company. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in shipping and administrative logistics that will support the daily operations of our Cedar Park office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and supporting day-to-day logistics operations.

Location: At our Cedar Park, TX branch office.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Shipping & Logistics

• Coordinate shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, packing lists, etc.)
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues with carriers
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipping logs
  
  

Administrative Support

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping requests
• Maintain and update logistics databases and spreadsheets
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and delivery timelines
• Support compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative support required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight coordination
• High School diploma is preferred
