This role ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance, which supports strategic decision-making across the organization. In addition, by supporting audits and internal controls, they help safeguard company assets and uphold Endress+Hauser’s commitment to excellence and transparency.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
You Will Have (required)
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration 
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or International Accounting Standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
