The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more. Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.
The Geo team also enables developers to use the power of Google Maps platforms to enhance their apps and websites. As they plot a course for the future of mapping, they are solving complex computer science problems, designing beautiful and intuitive product experiences, and improving our understanding of the real world.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
                    - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Experience with data management. 
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with mapping technologies/operations or Geo systems.
- Experience solving data and operational problems with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Experience with developing technical solutions to automate and improve operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects from concept to launch; develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, or metrics; work and communicate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays, and team performance to program teams, executives, and other sponsors.
- Develop technical solutions that help automate and improve operational efficiencies.
- Analyze trends in date, develop data pipeline improvements and technical solutions.
- Build scalable and intelligent technical and operational solutions to produce high quality data that powers Google Maps.
