                            Edina Realty is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and optimize project management across our organization. In this role, you will own the ongoing development of our Monday.com platform, serve as an account manager for our offices and internal partners, prioritize projects against resources and business goals, and provide clear communication that drives accountability and results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, technology, HR and other business groups to align objectives, streamline execution, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving, ever-changing real estate industry. The ideal candidate combines decisiveness and efficiency with the flexibility to adjust strategies as priorities shift, assuring that high-impact initiatives are delivered on time and at the highest standard.

Wage: $70,000 - $90,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
Location: This is a hybrid role with 2+ days of the 5-day workweek in our corporate office in Edina, MN.

                    Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, direct and implement project(s) using expert level experience and knowledge of Monday.com.
- Create or review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, resource allocation of available resources and procedures.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for sourcing or allocation of resources, both human and material.
- Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project team.
- Direct and participate in project activities, direct and coordinate project resources to ensure project progresses on schedule and within approved budget.
- Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Analyze project outcomes, measure effectiveness and report to key partners on project results.
- Build and maintain relationships and assume responsibility for interaction with key strategic partners to ensure their progress and confidence in the process.
- Generate and analyze project management reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
- Prepare project communications, reports and presentations for management, client, or others.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- 4 to 7 years experience in project/program management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- A customer service focus.
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High degree of integrity, resourcefulness, self-motivation, detail and action oriented.
- Proficient in Monday.com, Microsoft Office suite, forecasting and budgeting.
- Waterfall expertise, familiar with Agile/Kanban practices.
- PMP, scrum master or other relevant designations helpful but not required.
