As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, coordinating efforts between various stakeholders and departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with team members, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project progress and address concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any potential risks or issues.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes to ensure action items are followed up.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
