The Opportunity

Rodan + Fields is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be partnering with our Promotion and Pricing Execution team leaders to influence key business partners. The Senior Project Manager is a core team member of the Promotions and Pricing Excellence Team. This is an essential role on the team, and the successful candidate will shepherd and champion process efficiency and project execution excellence to support the business’ short and long-term financial objectives. This role will focus on the execution of promotional offers with excellence, while identifying areas for continuous improvement. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Enterprise PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Promotion and Pricing Execution team leaders to influence key business partners across all functions and enable effective communication and tools that maximize promo revenue and enable seamless execution
  • Create, publish, and actively manage comprehensive project plans. Pro-actively communicate project scope, success criteria, expectations, and deliverables to all project team members. Track schedules, update reports, and communicate project status to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, in various stages of completion, ensuring coordination of shared resources and other dependencies across projects.
  • Schedule and lead status meetings, including setting agendas, organizing meeting time as well as documenting and publishing meeting minutes. Independently lead cross functional teams keeping stakeholders engaged in the project with regular dashboard reporting, issues management and risk management.
  • Create opportunities to bring cross-functional team members together, create team cohesion, and make disparate parts of processes better understood.
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized processes and tools, including process maps and RACI, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure project execution follows relevant standards and methodologies. Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of these standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement adapted to any changing processes or company initiatives/goals. Lead project hindsight, track KPIs, incorporate revised processes, steps, or actions, and measuring improvement.
  • Apply skills and methodology to challenge assumptions, influence motivation and drive collaboration. The ability to be flexible and agile is key in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or business disciplines; MBA a plus.
  • 5 to 7+ years commercial project management experience preferably in Sales and Marketing. Agile project management experience a plus.
  • Prior experience in skincare, beauty, and CPGs.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring order and discipline to projects that engage many stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience presenting to senior level management.
  • Ability to work with a good sense of urgency, to foster prompt action in driving efficiency.
  • Ability to create a case for prioritizing key efforts when there are many high priority projects in play.
  • Ability to act as a change agent and to inspire others around an idea or vision.
  • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving skills and influence-management skills, with experience leading projects of moderate scope and high complexity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to make good, timely decisions.
  • Articulates and embraces challenges; learns from and seeks information that can result in improved business results.
  • Passionate driver and relationship builder with proven experience engaging stakeholders across a variety of different functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, fast growing business environment.

Salary Range: $83,200 - $135,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, to geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Rodan + Fields’ total compensation package for employees.
