Technology
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical/quantitative field.

Experience:
- Internship or 1–2 years of professional experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or process-improvement role preferred.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools (Tableau preferred but not required).
- Tableau Desktop Certification preferred
- Basic SQL and Excel skills for querying, validation, and analysis.
- Aptitude and motivation to grow into advanced BI development work.
- Translate business processes into analytical requirements and reporting solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and interpret written documentation (e.g., policies, specifications, reports) to clarify reporting needs.
- Create wireframes, reporting guidelines, and business requirements to support dashboard and reporting development.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards with appropriate filters, KPIs, and displays aligned to business needs.
- Analyze data sets and collaborate with users to develop metrics and reporting that support decision-making.
- Support evaluation of new BI tools or enhancements for alignment with business processes and reporting needs.
- Document reporting standards, processes, and requirements for consistency and clarity.
- Provide excellent customer service and teamwork internally and externally with a “can do,” respectful, and positive approach.
- Grow into broader BI responsibilities, including supporting system enhancements, integrations, or advanced analytics over time.
- Ability to analyze and translate business processes into structured reporting and analytical requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
- Knowledge of business process workflows, enterprise applications, and database-driven systems.
- Exposure to data visualization tools; Tableau experience preferred but not required.
- Basic SQL skills and comfort working with data for validation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, including facilitating discussions and interpreting written source materials.
- Collaborative and self-motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Workday, SharePoint, or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
