Shift: 1st Shift - 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
Schedule adjustments may be required on Thursdays and Fridays to accommodate facility closure at 6:30pm.
The Operations Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of 15-20 associates to achieve various goals, including productivity, quality, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and a safe work environment. The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.

The Operations Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of 15-20 associates to achieve various goals, including productivity, quality, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and a safe work environment. The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.
What You Will Do
- Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
- Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains
- Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding
- productivity standards and cost control management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibility
- Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
- Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
- Coach, train, and mentor associates, allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
- Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate, and motivate others to accomplish goals
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained to do more where needed
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
- Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus but not required
- Technical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job-specific software applications
