As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of our corporate cloud systems. You will lead efforts in managing Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure virtual machines, and Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance across all platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain a fully cloud-based M365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations.
  • Configure and manage device policies, application deployments, and conditional access using Microsoft Intune.
  • Support Windows and mobile device lifecycle management.
  • Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) including user provisioning, role-based access control, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Monitor and respond to identity-related security alerts.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Optimize performance and cost through automation and resource scaling.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Security teams to build a Linux system for our engineers to work efficiently. Building the system to be observable and manageable with a balance between agility and security.
  • Manage Linux servers used for internal tools, development environments, and production workloads.
  • Perform patching, scripting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for cloud security, data protection, and incident response.
  • Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for system automation and reporting.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to junior administrators and help desk.

What you'll have:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
  • CompTIA Linux+ or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent process certification
