Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries.
• Document customer interactions in the database accurately and promptly.
• Provide product information and support to customers in a timely manner.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with customer service software and support tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
