Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX Heumann Topeka in Topeka, KS, for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

  • Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
  • Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases.
  • Packing of all Business Unit cases.
  • Process shipments through FedEx Shipping Manager and UPS Worldship.
  • Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business Unit to prepare for scanning (as requested).
  • Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment.
  • Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to ensure consistency and accurate results.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Required

  • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • PC Literacy: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
