Were seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our U.S. operations team. You will be on the front lines, ensuring smooth installations, maintenance and stable operations of our robotic systems in customer warehouses.

Were seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our U.S. operations team. You will be on the front lines, ensuring smooth installations, maintenance and stable operations of our robotic systems in customer warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Perform RCA of hardware failures
- Design custom peripheral attachments for robots
- Perform onsite hardware maintenance on robots
- Provide support, maintenance, and training to customers to ensure stable operations of the installed robotics system
- Communicate with internal members and vendors to resolve operational issues
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative operational data about the product and make suggestions for improvement
- Create and maintain operations manuals and promote service quality improvement
- A bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics engineering, or similar field
- 3+ years of experience as an operations engineer, field support engineer, mechatronics engineer, or similar role
- Experience with mechanical design using 3D CAD
- Good knowledge and understanding of Mechatronics
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
- Programming experience with embedded systems
- Experience with industrial machines
- Experience with soldering
- Ability to troubleshoot mechatronics issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters and mechanical tools
- An obsession with delivering a high-quality product and service to customers
- Ability to independently operate under high pressure, emergent situations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to interface effectively with remote engineering team members to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
