• Provide compassionate care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, assessing progress and identifying complications.
• Administer medications and manage pain relief options as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized birth plans.
• Educate patients on childbirth processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
