Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while actively managing their accounts. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage client account activities to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance service delivery and revenue.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and progress reports to clients and management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service and accurate information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
