- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues.
- Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer demand forecasts, and track key sales metrics.
- Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance.
- Plan and oversee training of new team members.
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
