Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers planning their dream cruises
  • Assist travel agent partners with their booking-related inquiries
  • Provide detailed information about cruise options, destinations, ship amenities, and pre-cruise travel arrangements
  • Conduct outbound calls to internal support teams or customers for inquiries and updates
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or representatives as needed
  • Help guests fulfill their cruise vacation dreams through exceptional service
  • Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer support

What You Need To Succeed

  • Patience, empathy, and an engaging personality
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Customer service experience or a customer-focused mindset
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for travel, hospitality, or the cruise industry

Additional Information

  • No formal degree requires
  • Some unpaid training and certification may be necessary before you start earning; continuing certification may also be required
  • Certification courses can vary from a few days to six weeks and may include live or self-paced instruction
  • Service Partners are subject to a $19.75 Platform Usage Fee for each agent actively servicing through the Arise Platform per billing cycle
  • Rates are set between agents and Service Partners, not determined by Arise; agent compensation may differ from Service Partner rates
  • Client programs may impose geographic and time limitations
  • Minimum servicing requirements may apply based on client specifications
  • Ongoing training and certification may be necessary for some clients
