Child Builders ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings (home, school, community) while following behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure the highest level of consistency and quality in treatment.
• Support clients in acquiring and improving essential skills such as communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
• Provide feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress, behavioral changes, and any challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information and uphold ethical standards in behavior analysis.
  
  
  

Compensation and Schedule:

• Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
• Part Time afternoon - evening shifts
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus)
• Completion of an RBT training program preferred, but we offer the training for new staff
• Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
