As a Business Development Manager, you’ll help expand Majestic’s reach across OEM and Construction markets by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and strengthening our position as a trusted steel solutions provider. This is a full-time, outside sales role with travel throughout your assigned region. Your drive, insight, and ability to build lasting relationships will fuel Majestic’s continued growth.

- Work Setting: Remote within assigned territory, up to 80% travel, local and overnight;
- This role will support our new state-of-the-art service center in Hickman; seeking candidates within 300 miles of Blytheville, Arkansas

- Expand Regional Market Share: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned region.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Develop and execute account strategies to increase share with current high-upside customers and re-engage inactive accounts.
- Strategic Selling: Collaborate with marketing and technical resources to design customized solutions that meet customer needs and align with Majestic’s growth objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline using CRM and analytics tools; forecast and report accurately.
- Partnership Building: Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, operations, and engineering.
- Collaborative Execution: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience — from pricing and logistics to fulfillment and service.
- Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Marketing, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three (3) years of sales or business development experience, within steel, metals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or related industry
- Expertise in developing and managing OEM or large industrial accounts
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals
- Five (5) years of sales or business development experience, ideally within steel, metals, manufacturing or industrial distribution
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively from a home office setting
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed
- Must be able to travel up to 80%, local and overnight
