About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales and margin goals.

• Use analytics to track sales performance, develop action plans, and optimize floor assortment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, visual presentation, and inventory management.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring quick and empathetic resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent retail leadership experience accepted.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management or similar leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales excellence.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
