Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Support the sales team by conducting research on potential clients and industries that align with our services.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed event calendar to track upcoming events and deadlines.
• Assist in the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract prospective clients.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
